Shri Maruthi Matric. Hr. Sec. School insists for a very qualitative turn out of academic work as per the following guidelines:
- Students should ensure that their hands are clean and neat before using and writing in the note book.
- Sit in the correct posture and write legibly. Avoid over writing and scribbling.
- Correction pen should not be used.
- Each chapter / lesson / exercise/ topic should be commenced in a fresh page and should not begin in the middle of the pages.
- Date should be written in the margin for any written work of the day.
- Heading/Name of the chapter/ Lesson/ unit should be written in block letters / capital letters.
- Numbering the lesson is a must. Each lesson should be numbered properly.
- Only pencils should be used for diagrams / sketches, etc.,
- Question number should be written in the margin only.
- Students should draw margin in unruled note books.
- Good quality foot - ruler (Scale should be used to draw lines using pencil only) at the end of each answer. Free hand line should not be drawn.
- Students should not scribble or write any other marking on the sides and edges of the note book.
- Book mark can be used while submitting the note book for correction.
